New iPad won’t connect to internet

My iPad 2nd Gen connects to both WiFi networks and internet, but my new replacement iPad 9th Gen connects to the WiFi and sees both my networks but won’t connect to internet. I have restarted both router and iPad multiple times and also reset network settings to factory settings but still cannot connect to internet.

All other IOS and devices have internet connectivity.

I reset only the internet settings. Should I reset everything for complete new install? Any other suggestions?

Hi Bandy77,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand your iPad is unable to connect to the internet, but does seem to be connected to your router. If this is the case, there may be a problem originating from the router.

Do you see any recommendations for your network under Settings > Wi-Fi > [Your Network]?

"If iOS or iPadOS detects an issue with your Wi-Fi connection, you might see a Wi-Fi recommendation under the name of the Wi-Fi network that you're connected to. For example, you might see the alert "No Internet Connection." To get more information, tap the Wi-Fi network."

Resetting your network settings was a great step to take. You'll also want to go ahead and follow the remaining steps found here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network

Cheers!
