iPhone 13 on iOS 15.3 voice isolation feature is unavailable

Hello, I just bought and started using an iPhone 13. I’m unable to use the voice isolation feature for FaceTime calls. The control centre says voice isolation and wide spectrum are currently unavailable. How do I get this fixed?

I really love the voice isolation feature in FaceTime calls. Any chance they will bring this feature to voice calls as well as FaceTime audio. Will we get voice isolation for voice calls and FaceTime audio. Currently I can only get it to work for FaceTime video calls
