how to disable camera on lock screen

How do I disable the camera swipe and camera icon on the lock screen? My child is accessing the camera and taking pictures with my phone when I am not looking. There is a potential for abuse here by my child. if there is not a solution, then there should be an iOS update for this feature request. Imagine the possibility of a child using the phone inappropriately. I charge my phone in my office and don't sleep with it next to me, so there are times there is access to the phone and lock screen.

There is an abuse potential for children to get the phone, swipe to get the camera and take inappropriate pictures of themselves. This is a feature request to have the camera access on a locked phone, removed. That's the whole point of a locked phone. It's good for parents that have children. disabling the camera also disables the the camera in the lock screen but also on the menu. It disappears. Better solution is to remove the ability to have it on the lock screen. I see several people asking for this, why hasn't apple take people seriously. Inappropriate pictures of children on the camera is by definition, Child ***********. This needs to be taken seriously.

Then be a parent and discipline your child when they do such thing, and putting them in time out isn't going to work either.

This feature came out with IOS 5 and now where on ios 15.

You would need to disable the camera all together, and then reenable it when you need to use it.

Or not let your child use the device, charge it somewhere they can't get a hold of it.
