I heard a male voice coming from my iPhone

I was on my phone, minding my own business, when I heard a male voice randomly start talking. Idk what triggered it or whatever, but the voice spoke for a little bit. The only part I understood was “you stupid *******” at the end of what was said. It was a whispery, male voice and it really freaked me out.

The only things on my phone that could be playing audio are Siri and YouTube. However, I was listening to a Taylor Swift song that didn’t have any midroll ads and the audio only started AFTER I left the app. I don’t have YouTube premium, so no audio should’ve been coming from YouTube. I also know for a fact it’s not Siri because my Siri is a female, Aussie Siri.

Is my phone hacked? I’m really concerned
