SMTP settings for custom email domain using iCloud

With a custom email domain using iCloud setup and working fine with Apple Mail, I am wondering if there is also a SMTP server available for that custom domain and can be used to send email for that address?

Hey 12354123512345,

It looks like you're coming from the article: Use Custom Email Domain with iCloud Mail

That would have the best information regarding this.

"If you subscribe to iCloud+ and own a personal domain name, you can set up iCloud Mail to use it when sending or receiving mail so your recipients see mail coming from your personalized email address."

What? ... Not offering SMPT setting is like selling a car with no keys.

The whole idea behind custom domain email is that the customer HAS a custom domain; meaning the customer probably HAS a website associated with said custom domain; meaning that the said website WILL need to send emails occasionally (from contact forms, admin related stuff like backups, updates, the list goes on).

Without SMTP properly setup, the website CANNOT do this basic function; meaning the custom domain email that Apple is offering is pointless for a large chunk of customers.

Just saying.
