Kids account on Ipad

Hi. I just got a new Ipad for my family - hoping for my kids to be able to use it. I am trying to create a new apple ID for my daughter who is 6 but I am having technical diffuculties uploading my payment information. When I put in code for my paypal access, it threw error code on me couple times so I wanted to submit my debit/credit card information but when trying to take a photo of the card, it just freezes and doesnt let me move forward.. and without the card photo it doesnt let me finish setting up the account. Can you please help? I just spent couple of hours trying to set a new account for my kids with no luck.

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    *

Try a forced restart. See the section towards the end of the article.

Reset Device. -

If necessary

Hard reset.     -

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.      *

Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.   *

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.     *
