got a new iphone 13 pro from telus, sim card switched and the phone shows the phone number but no cellular service? my son got the same phone and his switched fine??? please advise

A replacement phone is on its way. I put the SIM card into another identical phone and everything was fine. The rep I spoke to is sending me a replacement and a free return package.
I was on the phone with tech support for almost 2 hours no solution. I went to the Telus store and was there for over an hour. Gonna go in and ask them to try a new phone ( another new phone)
That would have been my next recommendation.
