Is there a way to disable incognito mode in the Google Chrome Application?

For example, once the setting of "Limit Adult Websites" is "set" under the content restrictions setting, you are no longer able to access the "private" browsing mode feature of safari. I was wondering if there was a similar feature to apply to other browsers - such as Google Chrome for example. I would like to break my habit of viewing NSFW contents during my free time and wanted my iPhone to do the work for me instead of me physically having to practice an extensive amount of self-control.
