Configuring iCloud email for eNom

I am trying to set up an iCloud custom domain for email.

Bought the domain from Google Domains which uses eNom behind the scenes, so configuration happens in eNom. This seems to have to use their old interface for some reason.

iCloud tells me to do configure using these details:

apple-domain=someCodehere

CNAME
sig1._domainkey
sig1.dkim.mydomain.com.at.icloudmailadmin.com.

MX

mx01.mail.icloud.com.
Priority 10

OK, so far so clear. eNom doesn't exactly match up but I think I got it…

But in eNom's SPF documentation, if I'm reading properly it seems like the double quotation marks "" are not to be entered.

I could wait 72 hours and find out, I suppose.

But does anyone happen to know whether 1) this looks OK, and 2) if I am supposed to remove the quotation marks?

Yup, deleting the quotation marks worked.

I'll leave this thread here for anyone else who stumbles across this issue.

Oh hang on I just saw this fine print at the end of the set up text… I suppose I'll try without quotes and then wait 72 hours.

Note: If your registrar doesn’t support “@” enter your domain name as the host. Start by including the period at the end of the MX and DKIM values and quotes in the SPF TXT record. If it fails, try entering the values without the quotes or without the ending punctuation.

Thank you for this, I had this exact issue migrating from G Suite due to the termination of the free tier and this fixed it right up.
