Backing up Iphone 7 on MacBook Pro

After completing that process, where do I find the backed up files on my hard drive (I did not back up to the cloud, just my harddrive).

If you plug in your iPhone, the same place where you initiate a backup, there should be a button for Manage Backups

In the window that pops up, should show you your backups. Right click (or hold control while you click) on one of em, a menu will pop up, select Show in Finder
