How do I search for (find) bookmarks in Safari on the Mac

I just switched to Safari because I could not tolerate the changes in Firefox. I have many bookmarks in many folders. I would like to search for a bookmark, which I have been able to do in other browsers. However, I can find no way to search for bookmarks in Safari. Have I failed to find the search feature, or does Safari not have one?

Mac Pro, macOS 10.13

Safari > Bookmarks > Edit Bookmarks

Click Bookmarks in the Safari menu and then Edit Bookmarks

In the search box enter the "search word/criteria" in right top corner of the window.

Safari will show the results.

Choose the one you want.
