What do I do when someone paired my IPhone to their watch?
How do I un-pair my phone from an Apple Watch that they did not have my permission to do
iPhone 11, iOS 15
Go to settings- click on your name on the top. Then scroll down to the list and click on the apple watch that is paired. You can then remove it from your list of devices.
