duplicate email

I have several email accounts. When i went on my PC, one of my email accounts was not showing, but IS showing on my Iphone 12. So I went onto my PC email account and added the additional email account that was missing, but now i have a duplicate email on my phone. How do I correct?

I don't think you can add a duplicate email account in the iOS mail app or Mac Mail App.

There is something amiss here. I guess you are getting mixed up with Apple ID email and Email Account both may use the same email ID but they are independent.
