As i wrote, I can't boot ubuntu from formatted usb (Rufus). I think the reason is that i failed installing Ubuntu on a usb sometime ago (it was taking many hours so i had to turn it off).
Everytime i click on "option" when i turn of my Macbook pro 2015 this is what i get:

There are only two places that could possibly hold any residue from your previous attempts to run Ubuntu:
Your USB sticks
NVRAM
Older Intel Macs can still reset NVRAM/PRAM by holding Command-Option-P-R at startup, and holding through two or three sets of chimes.
Otherwise, re-create your Ubuntu USB-sticks from fundamental sources.
Which version of Ubuntu are you trying to boot? Are you trying to boot an Ubuntu USB installer or a full version of Ubuntu you previously installed and previously booted successfully, or a fresh install of Ubuntu?
If you are creating or trying to use a bootable Linux USB installer, then you are better off using Etcher (Mac/Windows/Linux) to create the USB installer.
The APFS bits look odd for Linux, but I haven't used Ubuntu in years to know if Ubuntu supports APFS by default (I would not expect it).
Linux can leave a bootloader behind on the hidden EFI/ESP partition unless you manually delete it.

And what thing is that exactly? If you did something that could have changed and possibly damaged the Ubuntu install or macOS install, then sometimes it may be easier to just start over. Usually it is fairly easy to fix a broken Linux install as long as you can boot the installer again since most installers have a boot option for repairing a Linux install. Sometimes fixing a full Linux installation may require you to boot the Linux installer's recovery mode option and then jump into the full Linux OS in order to fix the full Linux installation. There are a lot of instructions for this online, but it would require you to research and experiment to figure it out.
I used balenaetcher instead of rufus and now it works. That's quite strange, because for months i've been trying several distros using rufus and now suddenly stopped working.
USB sticks are not very reliable.
If yours is misbehaving, you may need to erase it and create it again.
Before that attempt to install Linux on a usb, everytime i tried to live boot linux with usb, it worked without problems; I i think i did a mess, but i have no idea what could it be;
Tried reset of Vram Pram, but nothing changed;
I already tried two usb sticks and both are not working; This is definitely related to that thing i tried to do in the past;
