Can i use my 2018 Mac Mini as a hub for a M1 laptop?

I have a 2018 Mac Mini I currently use as my main machine. It has all the ports I need and I can connect everything I use day-to-day.

I am looking to replace my (older) mbp with Apple silicon soon and use that as my main machine, but only if I can have the same port connectivity. Is it possible to use the Mini as a thunderbolt dock/hub? Can I get that HDMI port? Can I get all the USB-C ports? The USB-A ports? The internal hard drive would be cool to have, too, but that would be a bonus.

Is this possible with a thunderbolt connector? Do I need to set something on the Mini?
