All extras are unplugged, just keyboard and mouse and Ethernet cable are plugged in. I have tried all (shift/command/alt) reboot codes Like hold Shift-R and boot to safe mode, etc… nothing it working.. Been trying to book a genius appointment nothing in my area. Please help!

This indicative of a hardware problem. However please try shutting it back down and after about 1-2 minutes please hold down the power button for 15 seconds and see if it starts up. If it does not, the next step is to take it in for service at your local AASP. You can use AASP Locator if you do not know of any. If the computer is a 2013 or earlier I would not recommend attempting to fix it and consider replacing it with a newer Mac.
What year model and what macOS is it running?
If it is a 2011or older, then you may need to use the original disc set or a bootable USB external to startup from.
If it is a 2012 or newer, then you have a hardware issue and need to take it to your local AASP to be checked out.
I tried these steps, but I can't even get to the step to reinstall the Mac OS. It just stays on the white screen for Internet re-boot or if I restart by hold the command+r, it shows the progress bar for about 30 seconds, then shuts down completely
