ProCreate

I am trying to buy ProCreate on my 2 iPad minis. It takes me to 'Complete your Apple ID'... I fill it all out, including my credit card, but it keeps saying 'you haven't completed the form'. But all parts of the form are completed. Then it says 'technical problems. Please try later'. I have been trying since Christmas. So frustrating. I bought 2 iPad minis for my children and they just want to try ProCreate. Please help.

Hi there helensh123,

We'd like to help get you back to having no issues with purchasing apps.

Let's start with some basics:

  1. You mentioned that it does prompt you to fill out a form, but when you fill it out 100%, it still says that you need to complete it. If that's right, have you already tried purchasing the same app from another one of your devices?
  2. Have you been able to purchase other apps besides ProCreate, and if not, when was the last time you were able to download an app?
  3. We see you have iPadOS 15 installed, but the latest is iPadOS 15.3. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. Here's a link that'll show how to first back up, then Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Cheers!

A little hard to help/advise you when you provide little to NO useful information about your iPad.

Here are my questions to you.

Can you, please, confirm what year and model iPad do you have/own?

The “A” model number can be found on the aluminium back of your iPad, in very small print, right under the larger bold print “iPad” on the back of the iPad.

What iOS/iPadOS version is this iPad, currently, running?

What is the rated, internal data storage space/capacity of your iPad model and how much of this free, internal data storage capacity is left inside of your iPad model?

All of that additional info can be found in the Settings app, General settings panel, About.

Please try to make an attempt to answer all questions asked.

Thank You.
