Problem with synchronization on iCloud Drive

Hello,

I got a big problem with my iCloud Drive. About a month ago i switched from MB Pro 2017 (Intel) to a MB Pro M1 2020. I've moved everything from the older MacBook to the newer one, all the applications and everything works fine - besides iCloud Synchronization.

From the start of using the new MacBook iCloud looks like it's sending files to the cloud, but nothing happens. In those shared folders I got – people who should see synced files, doesn't see them.

Can I have some help? I'm adding a screenshot.
