iPadOS 15 quick note magnified when swiping from the bottom

When I upgraded to iPadOS 15, each time I swipe from the bottom corner, the quick note pop up always magnified a bit and then return to the large size available. To get a normal size of quick notes, I always need to pinch the floating note using two fingers. I am using iPad pro 11 2020. The other iPad 2019 does not have such a problem. I tried to rest the system but the bug remains. I am wondering if this is a common bug present in iPadOS 15 when using quick notes.

Hi Thelocaltime, thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities.

Just to clarify, the latest update is iPadOS 15.3 which was released two days ago.

If you have updated to this version can you please try a Force Restart of your iPad as this can sometimes resolve legacy issues with updates. The following link explains how to do this:

And can I also suggest you contact Apple Support as follows:

Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above but also again as follows Apple – Location Selector; or
Using the "Apple Support" app, available and downloadable from App Store.

I have updated and tried a force restart. The problem still remains. I guess I will need to talk to apple support.
