Cannot get iMac 21.5 past this startup screen

Turned off computer and back on a couple of times. When turned computer on has sound. Has Apple logo then says support.apple.com/mac/startup and cannot get it past this screen bought a new magic keyboard and mouse. Do you know how to get past this screen? Model # MRT42LL/A.

Imac has been fully wiped and has no macOS. I’ve been given a 2011 iMac from my friend who wiped it and hasn’t left macOS on it so I’m able to start my own account. When I turn it on the screen is white and shortly after I get a icon folder with a question mark blinking. I’ve tried to connect a Magic keyboard and mouse but due to no way of selecting Bluetooth they can’t connect and I’m unable to attempt Command R etc. I’ve tried connecting a usb keyboard but there’s no power going to it. Oddly a usb mouse is detected as mouse light comes on. Is there any way I’m able to get macOS installed on the iMac considering I have no way to use a keyboard at this stage? Please help me I’ve been battling with this for days?

Reinstalling Mac OS when iMac will not connect to my keyboard My iMac will not connect to my keyboard and I am therefore unable to startup from macOS recovery. Is there another way to reinstall macOS?
