Getting error that says Rosetta 2 update is not available.

We have a computer lab that we are setting up. All of our iMacs enrolled the same way. Some we have a handful of devices that will not allow rosetta to be installed. "Rosetta 2 Update is not available."

Any ideas?

Rosetta 2 is only for M1 based Macs. Are the offending machines M1 Macs?
