Creating Email Stationery for Mac in macOS Monterey

I recently updated my old 24" Mac to a new one and was disappointed to discover that Email Stationery was no longer included in the current version of Mail. After searching the Community for confirmation and alternatives I created a workaround.

To Create a Stationery email:

  1. Create a New Folder in Mail (I call mine STATIONERY).
  2. Create a new draft email (without a recipient if preferred). You can copy the body of the Email from a previously sent email. Add a descriptive name to the Subject (for easy identification).
  3. Save the draft.
  4. Go to the Drafts folder. Option-click on the new draft and drag a copy into the STATIONERY folder.
  5. Delete the new draft email in Drafts if not currently required.

To Create a New Email from STATIONERY:

  1. Go to the STATIONERY folder.
  2. Option-click on the email you want to create and drag a copy into the Drafts folder.
  3. Open the new draft email in the Drafts folder and edit accordingly before sending.

If anyone has discovered a quicker or easier solution please let me know.
