Troubleshooting Apps:

• You cannot Delete those apps. They are part of the iOS. On the device itself, you can choose not to use those apps through user of Screen Time

Disable these in "Allowed Apps":

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Screen Time
3. Tap: Content & Privacy Restrictions
4. Tap: Allowed Apps
5. Tap: Contacts and Photos so they it are reared out.
