Update stuck at “Installing…”

Update stuck at Installing… for already 2 hours.

is it ok?


Unfortunately, Im not at home now to check the lights or reset. Internet connection at home is Ok.

I had this problem with one of my HomePods. Tried several times to install the update, but failed every time. I ended up having to unpair it from the one I had it stereo paired with, then did a complete remove/reset. It was fine after that.
