how do u know about when your Apple Music expiration date

If you open the link below on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac logged into your Apple ID, it will open in either the App Store or iTunes and display your subscriptions. You will see what the subscription is for as well as the date it will automatically renew. You can then further manage a subscription by tapping or clicking on it. In your case with Apple Music, you will see options to select a different plan or cancel it altogether.
