ios update

so i’m currently trying to update my ios 13 to the latest ios 15.3 and it’s taking so long, all i’ve been seeing is “estimating time remaining” and i’m not seeing any bar to show level of download yet, is this normal?

Please avoid Hotspot and connect to the internet using wifi.
