Hello Moni_snchz22,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that when you take a screenshot and send it to your other Mac that it doesn’t appear as expected. We are happy to help.
Does the screenshot appear the same when using Safari? We see in the screenshot that you’re using Chrome.
We’d like you to try some troubleshooting steps to isolate the cause. Please try the steps here: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support We’d like you to create a new user account using the steps here to test: Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac - Apple Support
Let us know if you have further questions.
Take care.
Hello Moni_snchz22,
