It randomly crashes and restarts when using Lightroom and After Effects heavily.

it looks like you have CleanMyMacX on your Mac. That seems the most likely reason that causing it. You never need and apps on Mac that claim to "Clean" "optimize" "Anti-virus" or "VPN". The only one Apple recommends to use is Malwarebytes. if you want that link, let me know. Remove CMM and see what happens.
That's interesting! I thought the reason might be overheat. I will remove it and try.
