A dog snagged my watch new watch band. Does anyone know how I can fix it ?

As far as I know, it cannot be fixed. Your best option in the long run is simply to replace it.

Sure, Apple will stand behind a product if it has a manufacturing defect. A dog chewing your watch band however, doesn't quite qualify for manufacturing defect. Think about it. If your dog chews your shoes (which dogs seem to do), will the store give you a new pair? Not very likely.
I’ve only had it a week. I might connect apple and see what they say. For $100 I would hope they would stand but their products🥲. Thanks for the response
They will stand behind their products for manufacturing defects. But a dog snagging your band is user damage so no they won't cover that normally. Know anybody who knits? You might see what they say.
A dog did not chew the band. I got it taken care of by apple!
I'm glad they took care of you. You said "a dog snagged your band". I interpreted that to be a dog damaged your band, whether he chewed it or not.
