MacBook Air stuck on Windows 10

My MacBook Air (2019) will not boot back into MacOS and I am currently stuck on Windows 10. Whenever I hold down the option key, I just get a screen with a grey lock on it and a password prompt thing. Same with command + r. Please help me.
