How to I delete an Admin User on Mac Monterey with all its data?

I have 2 Admin users on my on MacBook Pro (2020 M1) updated to Monterey. I would like to delete one of those Admin Users with all its data, keeping the other alive, What is the safest and the cleanest way to do it? I would like to free maximum space as possible. I dont want any trash from the deleted (Admin) user lying around in my computer. Please advise.

Here is an Apple article about adding and deleting macOS user accounts:

Delete a user or group on Mac - Apple Support

Edit: If that user account used an AppleID for anything, then you should remove that association before deleting the user account. See the first steps in this Apple article for preparing a Mac for sale --- you only need to do the first few steps #1 - 5 if any of them are relevant before deleting the user account.
