how to fix ipad , it updated to ios 15.2.1 now says profile installation failed the scep server returned an invalid response . how can i fix this cant goto setting or anything

To clarify, it sounds like this device is managed by an institution, or otherwise has a Mobile Device Management profile installed. Is that correct? If so, have you tried getting in touch with the administrator yet?
