After updating my iPhone 12 pro, it took me to a configuring iphone screen. When it tried the phone said "Profile Installation Failed The SCEP server returned an invalid response" Ive tried to restart my phone and I still am not able to use my phone.

You'll probably need to reset via a computer. That can recover from almost any kind of software or operating system corruption. Hope you had a backup. Did you back up before you applied the update? If you did it via a computer, it won't allow an update without first backing up to that computer. You might have to put it into recovery mode.

I forgot to backup my iphone before the upodate but I have updated it without backing it up before with no problem, I will try to reset via my macbook now
