Decluttering my ‘app purchased’ library

Purchasing thousands of iOS apps over the years, I would like to declutter some useless purchased apps. Is there a way to delete apps for my purchased apps? Just to clarify, I do not want to hide my app, nor do I need instructions to remove them from my Home Screen. I just need to delete apps from my apple account, existence.

I have available,an iPhone, iPad, also a MacBook Pro.
