iPhone 6 battery expanded
If I replace my expanded battery will that fix the expansion issues? Nothing seems broken, just the screen pulling away from the case.

Apple won't even attempt a battery replacement on such an old device on which the battery swelled. And you shouldn't waste any money on a 3rd party repair either.
Time to accept the fact your nearly 8 year old iPhone 6 has bit the dust and buy a newer, more modern iPhone. iPhone 6 is now so out of date as to be pretty much a recycle only device.
And we would know what other products you own how? Sorry, but my mind reading skills are not very good. Nothing was snarky in my response. It would not be advisable to try to repair an iPhone 6 with a swollen battery. That has nothing to do with whatever other Apple devices you own.
It would stop the issues with swelling, but not sure if the damage to the device isn't permanent. Often it bends things that just can't be adequately put back in place.
Hello ~ You need to consider your own safety before trying to replace an expanded battery. Really not worth the chance you would be taking.
