audio only from outside airpods

airpods stopped working. audio only plays from the outside speaker not in the ear.

Three Things:

A. Start with a Reset:

Go Here: Reset your AirPods - Apple Support

B. Restart your Device:

Restart the device you have these connected to. Try this once more.
