muted messages
Messages coming to my iphone and iPad are muted. How can I turn on sound to all look set me to incoming messages?

To start, have you ensured you have Focus turned off, or adjusted to accept notifications from Messages?
Use Focus on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If Focus is turned off, have you made sure your notification settings allow Messages to notify you?
