Large icon switch does not work on iPad mini with latest upgrade

The large icon function does not work on my mini iPad mini 4 with software 15.2.1.

You need to remove ALL widgets from ALL of your Home screens to fix all of the icon size and spacing issues with your iPad.

All widgets gone on both my ipad4 mini and my iPhone XR.

When restarting my iPad, I still can not get large icons.
