My MacBook Air M1 doesn't charge in both usb-c plugs, it charges sometimes in one and sometimes in the another one, but they dont work at the same time, someone know why happen this? In an apple store they told me that all looked good, but it still not working.

The Mac is not designed to charge using both USB-C ports simultaneously.

Thanks, that makes more sense. I never heard of someone attempting to recharge a Mac twice as fast that way, but you never know.

There are lots of things to check, including the USB-C cable (it has to be correct), so be sure to review every possible cause.
Sorry, maybe i didn’t do the question right, the problem is: one port works one week or three days, some hours good, , when that port is working, the another it’s disable at all and viceversa. I can’t use the port disable even to charge my cellphone, but it works to transfer archives.
