Using “Find my” app to see last known location for lost phone

My father had his phone set to share its location with me. I have him listed in my “people” tab. The issue is he lost his iPhone several days ago and I just found out. Is there any way to see its last location? It is apparently off/dead battery now so it just shows as “No Location Found” in the app. I want to see its last known location to see if I can help him find it. Is there any way to do this?
