I understand you're not seeing the money transferred from your account reflected yet, so let's see if the following information may help.
While you stated Apple Wallet, were you referring to your Apple ID balance instead? If so, take a look at the following resource for assistance with how to check the Apple ID balance as opposed to checking your Apple Wallet.
If you are referring to the Apple Wallet, keep in mind that Apple Cash isn't available everywhere so this may not be available to you. For additional information on this including adding money and availability, take a look at these resources:
