How to set up email using Spectrum/ charter.net?

Continue to receive “cannot connect account would you like to try without using SSL.

I have tried using their IMAP.charter.net that didn’t work, tried using mobile.charter.net with mobile entered with uppercase (M) for mobile and all capital letters as well still unable to connect this has been for two years now and two phone upgrades. Any suggestions?

Charter Email has been rebranded and it is know marketed as Spectrum Webmail. The domain charter.net was kept so that existing clients can access their emails.
