Hi guys,

Thanks for your suggestions. I did reset the watch, multiple times. Still the same. I did unpair and paired it again, still the same. Good news, though. I think I know what’s wrong. It’s the face. I used the Memoji face, it froze like crazy. I then changed it to Infograph Modular, it works perfectly. So, I dont know whats wrong with the Memoji one.

Hi,

Sorry to hear you are having some issues with your Apple Watch.

Have you tried to force restart the Watch? Place it on the charger and press and hold both the Digital Crown and the side button until you see the Apple logo appear.

If you are updated to watchOS 8.4, I would recommend unpairing the Apple Watch and pairing it again, manually. This should resolve your issue.

There are 2 things that fix about 98% of watch problems;

1.Force restart

Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.

This fixes a surprising number of issues.

2.Unpair and re-pair and setup as new.

This returns the watch to the way it was when you bought it brand new.

There is no loss of fitness data etc so you won't lose previous health and fitness data or award badges.

You can Unpair and re-pair and restore the watch from a backup but the problem with this is that whatever software glitch you had could be reintroduced from the backup you made when the watch was faulty,therefore leaving you no further forward.
