Got offer the Apple TV free year but only get three months

Hi👋 I have purchased a new iPad Air 2 months ago and just purchased a new MacBook Air today. my settings on my iPhone has showed that “Apple TV free year available “ and I tried to click into that and clicked accept Apple TV free year but there is nothing happening. It was just loading then froze on the page.

so I close the settings and went on the apple tv app. When I signed in on the app, it shows that I only have 3 months free trial and I couldn’t find the option for free year.
