My phone was stolen. It wasn’t backed up. All my noted and contacts came back, but not one photo. Is there any way to get any photos back. I just have new born/ baby/ toddler/ kid ect pictures on there. 😭😭

Photos if not backed up or synced to iCloud, all are gone with the iPhone.

Just make sure iCloud Photos is activated on the new phone.
If it was activated on the lost phone they will come back.
If you had iCloud backup turned on then they will come back if you restored to your new iphone from iCloud backup.
If neither were turned on then you must have turned them off deliberately. Nothing can be done without backuos.
As most proud parents text or Whatsapp photos to friends and family, try to get them back from them.
