SFTP stopped working after Monterey upgrade

I updated to Monterey and my SFTP has stopped working. I have tried both Transmit and CyberDuck both get a Could not connect to server error. I doublechecked all settings and it is occurring on all SFTP connections. I have the firewall turned off.

The /usr/bin/sftp application that is included with macOS Monterey 12.2 is present. But as I do no sftp activity, I cannot diagnose it further. Since the macOS product team does not participate in these public discussions, we as fellow users cannot explain what they might have done in the code.

You can send feedback to the macOS product team in hope that someone there might follow up via email to you. There is nothing in the macOS 12.* developer release notes indicating any changes to sftp in macOS Monterey.
