If you are unable to receive email on your iPhone, have you seen an error? What happens when you open the Mail app on your phone? The easiest way to correct email account issues on the iPhone is to go to Settings>Mail>Accounts>tap on the account in question and Delete the Account. Power the iPhone off and back on again, then go back into Settings>Mail>Accounts>Add Account and add the account back again. Make sure you know your username and password for mail. If you are unsure, contact your email provider for assistance.
