Hi, I bought iPhone 11, at first I can turn on and off using the side button but after a day I can’t use it to turn off the phone. But I can use it to turn on the phone,wake/sleep.is there any way I can fix this?

To turn off an iPhone 11, press and hold either volume down button and the side (power) button until the power off slider appears.

It is not broken. Using the side button alone on the iPhone 11 is used for different functions. The action described by ProustGiulio is the correct method to turning off the iPhone 11. It is not broken. You would not have been able to turn it off with the side button alone. You can put it to sleep, but not turn it off.
