Has anyone else got the privacy warning on there iPhone and do you know how to get rid of it

I’ve never had this problem until I updated to the last 2 15.?.? updates. So, you didn’t miss anything. I’ve never turned the ‘Private Address(es) off either. The last update was to fix some kind of privacy issue from the prior update. What is happening with Verizon? Yesterday I could call and message anyone but my husband. (No, he didn’t block me.)
I noticed all replies mentioned just turning on “Enable Private Address”. This doesn’t work for me because that feature is on but still received “WARNING”.
I had to completely remove my WiFi connection and install with description name and password.
By "privacy warning" are you referring to the Wi-Fi privacy warning? If so, that warning would indicate that the wireless network that your iPhone is connected to can "see" its MAC address.
To remove the warning, go to Settings > Wi-Fi > Tap the "i" icon next to the network > Enable Private Address. Then reconnect to that wireless network.
I click the circled letter “i” near the warning/connected network. However the Enable Private Address has always been enabled. I’ve never turned that off that I recall. Ever. Also, never saw this warning before the latest iOS 15.3 update. But, I might have missed it in the update just prior.
