How do I redeem from chromebook or appletv?

Thanks for the follow-up info. You mentioned using an Apple TV receiver. You can redeem your movie code from the Apple TV app on the receiver. Open the Apple TV app, and from the menu bar, choose Account > Redeem. Enter your Apple ID and password, then click Sign In. Enter the code you were provided with your movie, and click Redeem.
